Huge selection, large store, so many wigs but also lots of other beauty supplies. Upgraded my nail and toenail game with some reasonably priced clippers and file, and the gf picked up supplies.

I love this store so much and have been going here for years ! I am shocked an also disgusted how customers have been getting mad at the music they play just because “they are not black” Mind Blowing to me last time I check music , is music and we all have rights to play whatever ETC. I can see where the staff acts strict but if were born and RAISED in Austin you would understand that area has a lot of homeless and is known for thief . I observe the staff watching and I SIMPLY mind my business as long as your there simply there to shop I don’t see why they would come off that aggressive? Shame on you for coming into their store an judge them for being Korean and elder I know exactly who they are talking about and i was there when allll the owners were there and they were so nice, so genuine, polite, patient and even helped me point out other items I might like ! I didn’t receive any of that energy so to sit here and read customer just judging them for the music and staff is disgusting . If you simply cannot enjoy yourself and shop & WORRY about yourself then what business do you have coming into someone else’s ? just trashing them ? Please move along if you simply are that SENSITIVE over played music. This is a business running on strong for years .

First time in the store it was neat nice and organized the people are so friendly, yes I will be back we need more people like them, if you need for help they will help you to find what you looking for, what you need in the store. And they have smiling faces, they treated me right the service was great and that's why I'm giving them five stars. So thank you for your service and y'all keep up the good work.

Amazing selection of hair product.
Let alone the huge selection of hair products, wigs and accessories, the service is above and beyond.
I went in there because I was lost, I was looking for the Fed ex office in the vicinity but could not find it (I am not from there area) I saw Big Joy Wigs & Beauty and I went in as I needed hair color and needed to find my way.
I was amazed by the large selection of hair color, beauty products, hair scrunchies, nets, bandanas, shampoos, conditioners etc.
I grabbed what I needed and casually asked the attendant if she knew were the Fed ex store was, she gladly told me the exact way to get there, which I will be forever thankful. She literally help me from having a panic attack.
Thank you. I totally recommend this store.

I went in looking for a new product to try but not sure which product, the ladies at the front helped by asking questions and giving recommendations. I bought 4 products and a super cute nose ring. Love this store and it's Pflugerville sister location!
