So, my parents clearly have issues. Apparently, they're in contact with CPS, my therapist, my psychiatrist, and the entirety of my family, talking about how bad of a daughter I am. They told me, "They all agree with us. When they hear what's going on they go 'oh..'. We can get your son taken away with just one call." They also refuse to let me work, because I "haven't earned it". Everytime I bring up the fact that they're literally going to kick me out on my 18th birthday, and I have 0 funds, they just say I need to earn a job. Just like how I need to earn the right to listen to music, apparently! They also tell me how when I'm on the street, if I have nowhere to go, they're going to call CPS. Apparently none of my family wants anything to do with me, either. I need to find a daycare that accepts medicaid, and figure out a job I can walk to. I have nothing. My "700$"? It went to their bank account. They did my paperwork and said it was okay. So I have literally nothing. Just stressed out. I know what I'm going to do for housing once I'm out, but money is still a factor that i don't know how to take care of. Any advice would be awesome.

Call childcare centers in your area. Many of them will let you bring your kid for free or a reduced price if you work there

Sorry, I’m not from the US so don’t have a good understanding of your benefit system. The $700, was that some kind of state assistance for you and your babe? Can you call and ask for the bank details to be changed?
I agree that working at a daycare seems like the best solution in your guys situation. If daycare is covered and you can start bringing home some money and get the banking information sorted, you can start to put aside a little and really start making a plan about your future. I know it all seems so big now but take each day as it comes. Start putting that plan into place.

Echoing what was posted above. If you work at a daycare (usually full time) in my area, you can bring your kids for no cost.
I am actually considering working at my gym just for the benefits. You can work part time (I plan to do 8 hours a week) and bring your kids for free. They will also cover my monthly membership cost ($200+ per month). It’s the only place I’ve ever heard that will do that for a part timer. And what’s crazy is that if I worked part time (20 hours a week) in my profession (RN) with both daughters in regular daycare, my take home would be almost the same as working 8 hours a week at minimum wage (due to daycare costs).
So definitely find somewhere you can bring your kiddo for free to get the most of your money.

How long until you turn 18? A lot of daycares will not higher younger than 18, in my area anyway, so that may not be an immediate option for you.
You can call 2-1-1 (from anywhere in the US) and they can help you get in touch with local agencies and organizations to help you with finding a job, housing, and other human service info.

I’m sorry you are going through all of this stress - in NY, I believe your caseworker can support with getting a voucher for daycare to cover the cost; I’m not sure if it’s the same in your state but that could be something you could ask about to see if it is possible
