OCEAN TOWNSHIP — The Ocean Township Police Dept. has released a report of arrests that occurred in the township during the month of August 2021.
• James J. Onorato, 39, of Belford, was arrested Aug. 1 by Ptl. Charles Weinkofsky and charged with possession of CDS and DUI (Driving Under the Influence of drugs or alcohol).
• Alix P. Eugene, 21, of Deal, was arrested Aug. 2 by Ptl. Dane Richards and charged with possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, two counts of possession of CDS and possession of CDS with intent to distribute.
• Isabella Ramos-Oliveira, 21, of Ocean Township, was arrested Aug. 3 by Officer M. Vallone and charged with shoplifting.
• Daniel P. Hagen, 31, of Howell, was arrested Aug. 3 by Ptl. Dane Richards and charged with DUI.
• Vincent P. Pacera, 31, of Long Branch, was arrested Aug. 6 by Ptl. Dane Richards and charged with two counts of possession of CDS and on an outstanding warrant.
• Michael P. McGowan Jr., 32, of New Milford, was arrested Aug. 7 by Ptl. Alicea Angelo and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, possession of CDS, possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Christina M. Liali, 32, of Egg Harbor Township, was arrested Aug. 8 by Ptl. Michael Legg and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of possession of CDS, possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Tanyn T. Puryear-Hicks, 30, of Ocean Township, was arrested Aug. 8 by Ptl. Christopher Stenger and charged with simple assault.
• Andre X. Sims Jr., 32, of Neptune, was arrested Aug. 8 by Ptl. Christopher Stenger and charged with aggravated assault/strangle.
• Amelia P. Wood, 27, of Tinton Falls, was arrested Aug. 8 by Ptl. Timothy Kolodziej and charged with failure to submit to a breathlyzer test.
• Jeffrey T. Riley, 47, of Eatontown, was arrested Aug. 9 by Ptl. Glennis Polanco at the Burlington Coat Factory and charged with shoplifting, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe.
• Cowan Rainey, 46, of Ocean Township, was arrested Aug. 9 by Officer R. Deceglie and charged with two counts of burglary and one count of possession of burglary tools in relation to a July 28 incident.
• Brian J. Bailey, 45, of Brick, was arrested Aug. 9 by Ptl. Jacob Sopko and charged with two outstanding warrants.
• Brian C. Finn, 51, of Ocean Township, was arrested Aug. 9 by Ptl. Mark Powoski and charged with contempt of court/violating a restraining order.
• Dawa Tsering, 27, of New Windsor, was arrested Aug. 10 by Sgt. Phillip Jackson and charged with DUI.
• Anthony J. Dalia, 35, of Neptune, was arrested Aug. 10 by Ptl. Steven Walker and charged with two counts of shoplifting and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Oscar S. Rojas, 20, of Asbury Park, was arrested Aug. 11 by Ptl. David Marino Jr. and charged with theft by unlawful taking and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Justin L. Longstreet, 30, of Wall, was arrested Aug. 11 by Ptl. Steven Walker and charged with two counts of burglary to a motor vehicle, two counts of theft by unlawful taking, possession of CDS, possession of a hypodermic syringe, possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding warrant.
• Philip Blumenthal, 56, of Ocean Township, was arrested Aug. 12 by Ptl. Dane Richards and charged with two counts of possession of CDS.
• Theresa M. Martinez, 38, of Ocean Township, was arrested Aug. 12 by Ptl. Alicia Angelo at Wegmans and charged with burglary.
• Henry L. Chesney Jr., 51, of Ocean Township, was arrested Aug. 12 by Ptl. Alicia Angelo at Wegmans on Route 35 and charged with simple assault. He was arrested a few hours later by Ptl. Angelo at the Tower Motel and charged with simple assault.
• Sabrina M. Cisternino, 38, of Ocean Township, was arrested Aug. 12 by Officer M. Abbott and charged with criminal trespass.
• John M. Dunne Jr., 25, of Jackson, was arrested Aug. 13 by Ptl. Joseph Bones and charged with DUI (Driving Under the Influence of drugs/alcohol).
• Eline Villasmil-Ramirez, 25, of West Long Branch, was arrested Aug. 13 by Ptl. Glennis Polanco and charged with simple assault.

• Michelle Z. Profita, 32, of Asbury Park, was arrested Aug. 17 by Ptl. Ryan Krug and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
• Richard H. Scott, 56, of Neptune, was arrested Aug. 17 by Ptl. Dane Richards and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of CDS.
• Lee C. McDonald, 67, of Ocean Township, was arrested Aug. 18 by Officer R. Perez Jr. and charged with simple assault.
• Felipe O. Rose, 67, of Neptune, was arrested Aug. 18 by Ptl. Dane Richards and charged with DUI.
• Najahee K. Tyler, 25, of Asbury Park, was arrested Aug. 19 by Ptl. Karen Noel and charged with an outstanding warrant.
• Jeffrey T. Riley, 47, of Eatontown, was arrested Aug. 20 by Ptl. Timothy Kolodziej and charged on an outstanding warrant.
• Herandy T. Rodriguez, 20, of Ocean Township, was arrested Aug. 20 by Ptl. Mario Paden and charged with simple assault, criminal mischief and aggravated assault/strangle.
• Lucas C. Messias De Castro, 18, of Long Branch, was arrested Aug. 24 by Ptl. Steven Walker and charged with two counts of theft and one count of burglary.
• Ornarian Smith, 34, of Manasquan, was arrested Aug. 24 by Ptl. Jason Lester and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
• Lashay A. Anderson, 21, of Matawan, was arrested Aug. 26 by Ptl. Quinn Schulhafer, and charged with an outstanding warrant.
• Stephanie Jimenez, 28, of Ocean Township, was arrested Aug. 26 by Officer M. Vallone and charged with DUI.
• Tyhesia E. Elliott, 47, of Ocean, was arrested Aug. 26 by Ptl. Quinn Schulhafer and charged with DUI.
• Leonardo Vega-Canales, 44, of West Long Branch, was arrested Aug. 27 by Ptl. Dane Richards and charged with prostitution.
• Toni L. Reed, 37, of Asbury Park, was arrested Aug. 27 by Ptl. Dane Richards and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and engaging in prostitution.
• Konrad T. Blachowicz, 29, of Linden, was arrested Aug. 28 by Ptl. James Stephens and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon.
• Elizabeth A. Masi, 26, of Ocean Township, was arrested Aug. 28 by Ptl. Alicia Angelo and charged with possession of CDS.
• Michael J. Mazza, 39, of Ocean Township, was arrested Aug. 29 by Ptl. Matthew Guido and charged with contempt of court and harassment.
• Duane A. Woods, 57, of Asbury Park, was arrested Aug. 29 by Ptl. James Stephens and charged with contempt.
The public is reminded that all individuals listed who have been arrested or charged with a crime are to be considered innocent until, and unless, they are found guilty or plead guilty in a court of law.
