OCEAN TOWNSHIP — The Ocean Township Police Dept. has released a report of arrests that occurred in the township during the month of January 2023.
• Miguel Luis-Ramirez, 52, of Neptune, was arrested Jan. 1 by Ptl. Ryan Deceglie and charged with simple assault.
• Alan M. Jacobs, 56, of Ocean Township, was arrested Jan. 1 by Ptl. Charles Weinkofsky and charged with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest/eluding, use/threaten force against a law enforcement officer, unlawful possession of a weapon, criminal mischief and harassment.
• Jenilson L. Damota, 42, of Long Branch, was arrested Jan. 1 by Ptl. Dane Richards and charged with endangering the welfare of children and DUI. (Driving Under the Influence of alcohol or drugs).
• James M. Simmons, 33, of Whiting, was arrested Jan. 1 by Ptl. Dane Richards and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of CDS (Controlled Dangerous Substance).
• Aide B. Ruiz-Perez, 26, of Neptune, was arrested Jan. 1 by Ptl. Joseph Bones and charged with operating/allowing another person under the influence to operate a motor vehicle.
• Cameron J. Dunbar, 34, of Freehold Borough, was arrested Jan. 4 by Ptl. Anthony Bartolomei and charged with possession of CDS.
• Patrice Jeanmarie, 33, of Neptune, was arrested Jan. 4 by Ptl. Charles Weinkofsky and charged with an outstanding warrant and criminal mischief.
• Dennis A. Day, 31, of Philadelphia, was arrested Jan. 5 by Ptl. Kyle Kane and charged with shoplifting from Target and an outstanding warrant.
• Troy K. Jones, 35, of Brick, was arrested Jan. 5 by Ptl. Matthew Guido and charged with two outstanding warrants and several motor vehicle violations.
• Aaron L. Marrow, 37, of Ocean Township, was arrested Jan. 5 by Ptl. Charles Weinkofsky and charged with an outstanding warrant.
• Angelo I. Soto, 63, of Ocean Township, was arrested Jan. 5 by Ptl. Arthur Barnek and charged with violation of the regulatory provisions relating to firearms/false representation in applications.
• Abdul K. King, 29, of Asbury Park, was arrested Jan. 6 by Ptl. Quinn Schulhafer and charged with shoplifting from target, resisting arrest/eluding and seven outstanding warrants.
• Laura A. Tito, 45, of Neptune, was arrested Jan. 7 by Ptl. Dane Richards and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of CDS.
• Amy R. Matheny, 53, of Red Bank, was arrested Jan. 8 by Ptl. Dane Richards and charged with shoplifting from Wegmans.

• Lasaro C. Quintino, 51, of Long Branch, was arrested Jan. 9 by Ptl. Christopher Clune and charged with sexual assault of a victim under the age of 13 and endangering the welfare of a child/sexual conduct with a child by a caretaker. Officers responded to the Intermediate School to take the report. The assault occurred at a home in Ocean Township and the suspect was arrested in Long Branch. At no time was the accused at the school nor did the incident occur on school property.
• Kelly Barone, 48, of Neptune City, was arrested Jan. 10 by Ptl. Matthew Guido and charged with simple assault.
• Marcello J. Cosme, 27, of Oceanport, was arrested Jan. 10 by Ptl. Jason Lester and charged with theft by unlawful taking, obstructing the administration of law, resisting arrest/eluding, hindering apprehension and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• John J. Tomasulo III, 37, of Asbury Park, was arrested Jan. 11 by Ptl. Christopher Clune and charged with burglary to a motor vehicle, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief.
• Laura A. Tito, 45, of Neptune, was arrested Jan. 12 by Ptl. Dane Ricahrds and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of CDS.
• Therese M. Sanborn, 37, of Asbury Park, was arrested Jan. 13 by Ptl. Glennis Polanco and charged with an outstanding warrant.
• Herbens Nocent, 42, of Asbury Park, was arrested Jan. 13 by Ptl. Charles Weinkofsky and charged with robbery, terroristic threats, unlawful possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of an imitation weapon.
• James A. Mayorga, 28, of Freehold Borough, was arrested Jan. 16 by Ptl. David Marino Jr. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. 
• Maverick D. Parreott, 24, of Howell, was arrested Jan. 16 by Ptl. Ryan Krug and charged with contempt of court.
• Aileena R. Harris, 35, of Neptune, was arrested Jan. 17 by Ptl. Kevin Redmond II and charged with shoplifting.
• Louis J. Sutton, 22, of Ocean Township, was arrested Jan. 17 by Ptl. Brendan Bernhard and charged with simple assault.
• James J. Miskanick, 38, of Middletown, was arrested Jan. 18 by Ptl. Casey Larrison and charged with three outstanding warrants.
• Jonathan S. Carpenter, 39, of Rahway, was arrested Jan. 20 by Ptl. Steven Walker and charged with harassment and unlawful possession of an imitation firearm.
• John E. Shaw, 56, of Asbury Park, was arrested Jan. 20 by Ptl. Anthony Bartolomei and charged with contempt of court.
• Richard G. Johnson, 41, of Long Branch, was arrested Jan. 20 by Ptl. Michael Abbott and charged with harassment, terroristic threats, resisting arrest/eluding, disorderly conduct, obstructing the administration of law, throwing bodily fluid at a law enforcement officer and six outstanding warrants.
• Nikola Kolovski, 27, of Long Branch, was arrested Jan. 20 by Ptl. Steven Walker and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of CDS.
• Gjore Stojanov, 27, of Long Branch, was arrested Jan. 20 by Ptl. Steven Walker and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of possession of CDS.
• Jessica R. Sprofera, 30, of Toms River, was arrested Jan. 21 by Ptl. Dane Richards and charged with simple assault.
• Langerton Batista Dasilva, 47, of Long Branch, was arrested Jan. 21 by Ptl. Kevin Redmond II and charged with DUI.
• Wendy S. Ogden, 43, of Scranton, Penn., was arrested Jan. 21 by Ptl. Dane Richards and charged with DUI.
• Leonel A. Guerra-Gonzalez, 41, of Ocean Township, was arrested Jan. 22 by Ptl. Dane Richards and charged with DUI.
• Chad D. Solomon, 43, of Ocean Township, was arrested Jan. 23 by Ptl. Christopher Stenger and charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing the administration of law and resisting arrest/eluding.
• Tyshon Q. Ricks, 24, of Huntington, West Virginia, was arrested Jan. 23 by Ptl. Matthew Guido and charged with an outstanding warrant.
• David C. Foggy, 52, of Keansburg, was arrested Jan. 25 by Ptl. Arthur Barnek and charged with criminal trespass, burglary and criminal mischief.
• Annalise D. Salvador-Llanos, 23, of Ocean Township, was arrested Jan. 25 by Ptl. Quinn Schulhafer and charged with simple assault. 
• Erica A. Bryant, 35, of East Windsor, was arrested Jan. 26 by Ptl. Dane Richards and charged with an outstanding warrant, hindering apprehension, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of CDS.
• Jennifer L. Pecha, 34, of Belmar, was arrested Jan. 26 by Ptl. Michael legg and charged with promoting prostitution, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of imitation forearm and possession of CDS.
• Alexis I. Vitelle, 29, of Middletown, was arrested Jan. 27 by Ptl. Dane Richards and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of CDS.
• Alinx Laguerre, 42, of Ocean Township, was arrested Jan. 28 by Ptl. Michael Abbott and charged with simple assault.
• Marla Momperousse, 18, of Jackson, was arrested Jan. 30 by Ptl. Mario Paden and charged with DUI and underage DUI.
• Ricardo Hernandez-Hernandez, 39, of Long Branch, was arrested Jan. 31 by Ptl. Dane Richards and charged with DUI.
• Jaelin L. Madison, 23, of Asbury Park, was arrested Jan. 31 by Ptl. Dane Richards and charged with eluding a police officer.
The public is reminded that all individuals listed who have been arrested or charged with a crime are to be considered innocent until, and unless, they are found guilty or plead guilty in a court of law.
